Prime London Market Update

As we near the end of what has undoubtedly been a challenging year, London's prime market has proven to be surprisingly resilient. Read the latest findings and analysis in our December issue.

  • SALES MARKET

    The second lockdown in November did not appear to dampen buyer's appetites to secure a prime London home. The month recorded a 17% increase in the number of properties going under offer compared to November 2019.

  • LETTINGS MARKET

    LonRes data reveals that 3% more properties were let between September and November compared to the same period a year ago. November also recorded 12% more new lets than the same month in 2019.
