Nick has extensive knowledge of the property industry and has been an independent property market analyst since 2018. His experience has involved working across topics such as; house price forecasting, demographic trends, development strategy, and policy analysis for a range of private and public sector clients.

Previously working for Savills in the Residential Research Team for five years, Nick then became an Associate Director, leading their planning and affordable housing research consultancy projects.

As a member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR), Nick has also worked in the strategy team at Homes England and as an analyst for a specialist energy efficiency consultancy.

Angus Fanshawe is a leading enfranchisement and residential valuation surveyor based in Chelsea, specialising in leasehold enfranchisement since 1994, just after the inception of the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993.

Angus provided evidence to the Law Commission’s Consultation on Leasehold Reform, and is closely following the proposed Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill currently going through Parliament. He has been invited to the House of Commons on 16th January to give evidence to the Public Bill Committee scrutinising the Bill.

He was a founding committee member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), an association which maintains the highest professional standards among its members.
