- The majority of clients were looking to spend more than £2 million
- 61% of buying agents said overseas buyers made up the majority of their clients
- 56% of buying agents reported they had sourced more properties off-market in the last 12 months
- Outside space factored highly on buyers’ wish lists as well as home office space
