  • SALES MARKET

    September 2020 was much busier than the same period last year, with the number of new instructions having doubled compared to September 2019. Levels were also 38% higher than the 10-year average for the month, LonRes data reveals.

  • LETTINGS MARKET

    At the end of September there were 78% more properties on the market across prime areas of London, compared to the same period last year - putting pressure on achieved rents, discounts available and void periods.
